Highland avenue

Location: Rowayton, CT
Completion: June 2018

This 1960’s Colonial needed updates, an Office, and a Mudroom—working within the home’s existing footprint. The Kitchen, Family Room and Dining Room were gutted and reconfigured to create a more functional open plan, while Bathrooms underwent full remodels opening up space for a second-floor Laundry Room. Simplified trim, doors, new hardware and neutral finishes created a grounding foundation for more diverse furniture pairings, artwork, playful patterns and accessories throughout.
